As a University Lecturer, Curriculum Designer, Researcher and Web designer. I wrote our department curriculum, designed interactive software modules, assessment materials, reviewed data and made recommendations and recommended protocols based on intel, managed labs, and more. Designed Retail and Informative Websites and Instructional Modules for my own business and for others including topics varying from Communications, New Hire Info, Policies and Procedures and much more. Maintained a 4000 item retail website.
Software titles include but not limited to: Captivate, Flash, Dreamweaver, Articulate, Lectora, also Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Various Database programs and more. I have experience and coursework in Gaming technology as well.

Research and Application, Enhancing Persistence at Public Universities Through Student Success Programs
Don’t miss an opportunity to look at my recommendations for improving retention at the end of my paper. Keep in mind, if you are a business, I have successfully used similar recommendations for recruiting and retaining employees. Universities and Businesses both strive to have a positive impact on student/trainee/employee persistence and retention must address recruitment efforts. For universities this translates into increase state and federal funding and alumni dollar support and a need to focus attention on specific deficiencies that impact student success and retention. A review of freshmen success curriculum, content, admission standards, population demographics, and delivery style are necessary when designing a program to improve persistence.
